Product information

ELLERsafe LB102 double lifeline - snaphook en 2x scaffold hook
Double lifeline made of 10.5mm polyester kernmantel rope, equipped with a snaphook and two scaffold hooks

The LB102 double lifeline consists of a sewn loop equipped with plastic protection on all three sides. The user side is equipped with an absorber.

The lifeline is a component of personal fall protection that protects against a fall from height, in accordance with standard EN355. The connection and absorbing component, consisting of an absorber with a line in accordance with EN 355, connected to harness belt in accordance with EN 361 and connected to a point on a fixed structure in accordance with EN 795, constitutes the complete basic protection of the worker against fall from height. The line is designed to protect one person with a maximum weight of 120kg.

When using a lifeline, the use of an AY205 trauma strap is always recommended.

It is not allowed to use two lifelines at the same time. Always attach the lifeline with the absorber to a point to a fixed structure and on the back or chest of the harness. Depending on the use, a clearance of 6.2m may be required below the user. Always ensure that the lifeline is as short as possible to reduce the fall distance. In the event of a fall risk, a risk assessment should be done and a rescue plan drawn up.
