Snatch Blocks from YOKE (William Hackett) are used for lifting jobs where loads are moved horizontally and are temporary in nature. Snatch Blocks are easy to transport and relatively quick to assemble. The Snatch Blocks are manufactured from the highest quality alloy steel and are available in a working load range from 2 tonnes to 20 tonnes. The Snatch Blocks are designed with a safety factor of 4:1 and are typically exhausted after 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times the WLL. Snatch Blocks come with bronze bushings and grease nipples for ease of use and longer life. The part number, wire size and working load limit are indicated on each block. Permanent batch codes are linked to test certificates for easy traceability. Standardised to ASME B30.26-2010.
